Chris has made our stay comfy & our condo is like home at Seaside. This is our 4th year in C202 that has every thing we need. The property is beautifully Landscaped, clean and in the heart of good restaurants. Pool is warm and well maintained. Wildlife on the lake is fun to watch. St Augustine Beach Is a laid back ocean community That’s friendly and feels like Old Florida. Captain Rob Bennett takes us fishing on the inlandWaters for redfish, black drum, sheep’s head & flounder. Wild sea birds in the marshes are beautiful & entertaining. Old St Augustine with its history And many sites to see is a real plus.

My family had a fabulous time during our Thanksgiving stay in St. Augustine. This condo was the most well stocked condo we have every stayed in. It was a little rainy a few of the days, but the the condo was a pleasure to stay in with board games and cards. It was very clean and the linens were very well stocked also. The beach cart was a great help for our beach days and there was even pool toys for our trips to the pool! What a great place. We would love another stay there in the future and plan to come back!

Beautiful property. Condo was clean and was perfect for our needs. All women all family all between 53-75. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We loved the screen deck where we gathered for our morning coffee and early evenings. Definitely would recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. Every thing was clean. We spent very little time at the pool because we loved the beach. It was so nice having the beach cart, boogie boards and chairs. We also loved the porch. It was nice and quiet but there was a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. It was a very relaxing family vacation. We didn't want to leave.

The rental process was very easy, communication with property management was easy as well. Great location, like a block from the beach . The condo was clean and property was secure. We highly recommend this place.

My family had a wonderful week staying here. The unit was clean and had all the amenities. The owners have put time and much thought into this vacation retreat, from the beach umbrellas to the linens. The location was great with a Publix 2 miles away and many restaurants within walking distance.

This spot was perfect and close to the beach and restaurants. The heated pool was a nice feature considering the ocean was cold.

Large beautifully appointed condo for two families or family that needs two kids rooms. Stocked with convenience items, washer & dryer and screened in porch. Great location near beach.

Listing was as described on VRBO. The condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants with very good food within walking distance. Communication with the rental company was excellent! The office has books and games you can use during your stay. Historic St. Augustine just a short drive away. Thumbs up!

Easy checkin/checkout. Coastal was awesome, beds comfy and back porch I screened and has a powerful fan to keep you cool. We stayed out there for hours playing games after a day on the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Seaside @ Anastasia was absolutely lovely. The remodeled condo was perfect for families. The owners thought of everything, beach towels, beach chairs, portable coolers etc. It was a short two block walk to the beautiful white sand beaches and many fabulous restaurants (Salt Life, Mango Mango, Sunset Grille). We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

First trip to St Augustine. We came for our 45th Anniversary. The condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything is new, updated and very clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach and Pier area. Took us about 15 minutes to get to the Historic District and all the sites by car.We would definitely have no problem coming back to this condo in the future.

Beautifully updated condo with very nice decor. Loved the new, well stocked kitchen. Great Master bedroom and bathroom, with a very nice shower. Everything we needed was there, including a cool beach buggy and two big beach umbrellas and chairs, coolers etc. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. We plan to stay there again.

We went to this recently updated condo for my birthday week. We were surprised that every we saw looked updated. The kitchen and cabinets are new, appliances, furniture, almost everything we saw in the pictures. My dad and his wife spent hours on the patio with the fan blowing across them all evening. Beach chairs and umbrellas are all there, with a buggy to get them across the beach. Complex is very nice, well taken care of. Complex pool is nice and not to crowded. We also went across the street to the pier, Rita's ice cream and walked over to Salt Life Restaurant, which is one of our favorites. When there are found an APP called reach the beach, which told us where we could drive on the beach. In town we ate a little to much at the Columbia and Harry's and had great crab legs at the Reef on Sunday. We loved it and will be back before the end of the year!

The condo is beautiful. Everything was newly updated. Plenty of room and beds for a family of 6. The condo has a modern twist but is very practical for families. You have a great view of the pond to enjoy coffee on the screened in balcony! The pool is very close and so is the beach. You’re also right by the splash pad and pier. The splash pad was great to go to after the beach so the kids could get the sand and salt off and still play. There are also restaurants and grocery stores close by. My whole family enjoyed their time here! Definitely recommend staying here. The staff is also very kind and helpful and great to work with!
