This beautiful ground-floor end corner unit is three bedrooms, two baths and is fully equipped with a white kitchen, new dining room table with seating for 6, living room with updated furniture and utility room with brand new full-size washer/dryer. New tile was installed in the living and dining room in 2014. Flat screen TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom. There is also a TV in one of the guest rooms. The condo's private screened patio with chairs and coffee table overlooks the serene pool and community pond, complete with lighted fountain and walking path. This unit is nicely decorated and has all of the appointments to make you feel at home. WiFi is available in the unit and at the clubhouse/pool too!

We absolutely loved our stay in unit 101. The location is perfect. They have exceeded in stocking it with anything you could want or need. It was by far, the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It is so comfortable and well decorated. It is very spacious and we've played out. We are already discussing a trip with extended family and looking to get a few units.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Seaside of Anastasia. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was an added perk to have access to beach chairs, a sun umbrella and beach toys. I even found a book on the bookshelf that I have been wanting to read, and there were games and movies for all. The location of the property was perfect. The beach was a short walk away and there are showers and bathrooms right off the pier. After a long day at the beach, an Italian ice at Rita’s is a treat (right across from the property). There are some yummy restaurants within walking distance and a gas station next door for some quick snacks. We would definitely come stay again, as the condo was great and St Augustine was super fun!!

Another wonderful experience staying at Seaside of Anastasia! Our home was fully stocked and comfortable for our stay. In fact we enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything (pots, pans and tools) to be able to cook and enjoy a wonderful meal together. We like the proximity of so many wonderful place to eat out, the safety of the neighborhood to go for long walks and the BEACH ¦which is just across the street. Thank you Jamie and crew for such a wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay. Looking forward to staying again.
